Canterbury’s annual median house prices are at $465,000, a 3.3% rise from the previous month, being significantly lower than the National average of $680,000, which is up 17.2%. Overall the market remains steady.

  • Sales Count down 76.2%
  • Days to Sell decreased 1 day

Compared to March 2020

  • Median Price down 4.9%
  • 2.1% Sales Count down 79.9%
  • Days to Sell increased 7 days.

 

Although it is still apparent that the number of listings is lower than usual, there are good levels of activity beginning to happen in the market coming out of lock down which is a positive sign. With interest levels at an all time low, now is a smart time to buy and sell. Our office is open and we are up and running.
